2. Bookings and Reservations

Booking Process: By making a booking, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth. A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
Payment: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. A confirmation email with your booking details will be sent upon successful payment.

3. Changes and Cancellations by the Company

Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to your booking if necessary. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
Cancellations: If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by you.

 

4. Changes and Cancellations by the Customer

Changes: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 6 to 3 days before the departure date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 days before the departure date.

5. Limitation of Liabilities

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

6. Customer Special Requests

We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. Please inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking.

7. Safety and Behavior

Customers are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and behave respectfully towards others. We reserve the right to terminate the service without a refund if a customer’s behavior is deemed unacceptable.

8. Complaints

If you have any complaints during your trip, please inform our representative immediately so we can address the issue. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the end of the trip.
